Below are some photos of the Nanzan rooms, the site for the 2008 conference. Additional information is as follows:

4 classrooms available for 2 days, 9:30 to 6:30
2 classes have a capacity of 28 moveable single seat desks. 2 Classes have a capacity of 50 moveable single seat desks.
Built-in DVD/CD player
Pull-down screen
Large whiteboard at the front of the class
A mounted projector (for Powerpoint, etc)
No USB port ~ presenters must bring a laptop if they wish to do a power point presentation or need to share info directly from their computer
Mac users should bring their own adapter for the projector cable
No overhead transparency-style projector
No photocopying facilities (please prepare your copies beforehand)
